After sweltering under our thick winter doona for a few nights, we decided to find a good, light summer doona - first time we have looked for one. After lots of research, we found the Bedding co., quilt and decided to take the plunge. It has been absolutely fabulous. We have slept under it for around a month or so and only twice has it been hot enough to go just to a sheet. In fact, we have slept comfortably from around 10 degrees to 18 degrees. It is light, comfortable and lovely to sleep under. Highly recommend this.

I’ve just had my first night with my new doona and I’ve woken feeling more rested. I didn’t overheat (perimenopause) despite my stuffy bedroom. The doona gets the perfect balance between lightness, breath-ability and coziness. I felt my body temperature better regulated and the quilt felt really soft and light on my body. Highly recommend especially for anymore struggling to regulate their temperature overnight.
